Gottman Seven Principles workshop

A Gottman couples workshop for a new chapter.

An immersive, research-based Gottman Seven Principles workshop for couples who want to deepen connection, improve communication and reset their relationship — offered virtually across Alberta, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick.

Two people holding hands across a table over coffee

Our couples workshop is based on The Gottman Institute’s Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work — a licensed, research-backed program we deliver according to Gottman Method standards.

Over a guided weekend, you and your partner will learn practical tools for friendship, conflict repair, intimacy and shared meaning — drawn from Gottman’s Sound Relationship House framework.

Workshops are offered virtually only, virtually across Alberta, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. Reach out to be added to our waitlist for upcoming dates.

Good to know

Questions people often ask.

Is this couples therapy?
No — it’s a structured, educational workshop based on Gottman research. It’s a wonderful complement to therapy, but it isn’t couples counselling and doesn’t replace it.
Do we have to share in front of other couples?
No. The exercises are completed privately, just the two of you. There’s no group sharing of personal details.
Is it really only virtual?
Yes — the workshop is offered virtually virtually across Alberta, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, so you can take part from the comfort of home.
How do we sign up?
