Our commitment

Quality counselling that honours every story.

Healing Journey Collective (formerly Healing Journey Psychological Services) was founded to make high-quality, ethical counselling more accessible — without sacrificing warmth.

We collaborate with other mental health professionals to build a network of care around our clients, and we offer flexible scheduling and payment options to make therapy possible alongside busy lives.

Whether we’re working with you as an individual, a teen, a couple, or supporting a family system, our aim is simple: a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, valued and resourced to make the change you want.

How we work

  • Collaborative: Therapy is a partnership — we move at a pace that respects you.
  • Evidence-based: Drawing from Gottman Method, EFT, EMDR, DBT, narrative and other modalities.
  • Relational & trauma-informed: Safety, attunement and nervous system awareness throughout.
  • Strengths-based: Building on what is already alive and resilient in you.
