Based on the internationally acclaimed research of Dr. John Gottman, this workshop offers evidence-based tools to help couples strengthen their relationships.

Who This Workshop Is For

This workshop is designed for couples in committed relationships, whether you’re currently in couples therapy, waiting to start, or simply looking to enhance your relationship. It’s also ideal for those whose partners may be hesitant about therapy but open to a relationship enrichment class. If your relationship is strong, this workshop will provide insights to make it even better. If you’re experiencing challenges, you’ll gain a roadmap for repair and reconnection. 

Many therapists also attend with their partners to personally experience the Gottman Method as both a personal and professional resource. 

Please Note: This workshop is not appropriate for couples experiencing untreated addiction, severe mental health concerns, or any form of abuse.

Cost

$300 per couple 

Includes all workshop materials, such as:    

• A digital printable version of the Couples Guide workbook   

• The Love Maps digital card deck    

• The Open-Ended Questions digital card deck 

Your insurance provider may reimburse the workshop cost, depending on your coverage. Each couple is responsible for verifying eligibility with their provider, including possible coverage through a health spending account. 

About the Trainer

Hi, I’m Simone Swenson, a Registered Psychologist in Alberta and a certified Gottman Leader. With over a decade in the helping field, I am a Level 3 Gottman Method-trained therapist, with extensive training in supporting couples. I am  passionate about strengthening relationships through research-based strategies.

In addition to my clinical work, I am a professor in two Master's of Counselling programs, where I help to train future therapists in evidence-based approaches to relationship and mental health care.
