• $380 Initial Couple Session 90 minutes including Gottman Connect Assessment    
• $330 per 90 minutes
• $220 per 60 minutes

Insurance

We can direct bill to many insurance providers, including Alberta Blue Cross, ASEBP, Manulife, Canada Life, Medavie Blue Cross*, Green Shield Canada, SSQ Insurance, Industrial Alliance, Medic Construction, Canada Life, Johnson Inc, Johnston Group, Group Source*, Group Health*, Maximum Benefit, First Canadian, Manion*, Desjardins, Claim Secure, Chambers of Commerce and Equitable Life. This helps simplify the payment process for our clients, allowing you to focus on your well-being.

For all other insurance companies, please contact your insurance provider. If the complete amount is not covered by your insurance you can pay the balance with the other forms of payment and may be able to claim it through your Health Spending Account.

We’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Does it cover Registered Psychologists?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

We accept cash, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment via e-transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
